In light of the likelihood that covered employers will be required to collect and electronically submit so-called EEO-1 “Component 2” pay and hours-worked data for Calendar Years 2017 and 2018 by the September 30, 2019, deadline set by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and to help employers comply with this resource-intensive task, NT Lakis attorneys have prepared a guide summarizing the steps that EEO-1 filers should consider following in pulling these data in anticipation of filing.
