NT Lakis has prepared an updated guide for conducting a comprehensive due diligence assessment of a company’s affirmative action compliance posture.

The updated guidelines provide a step-by-step outline that a company can follow as part of its “due diligence” research into the acquisition of another company to determine whether it is subject to and if so, its level of compliance with the nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements enforced by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

The guidelines provide explanations for the due diligence questions that should be asked in conjunction with a potential acquisition, as well as provide links to available government resources that might be helpful in coming up with the answers.
