Overview

Valeriya Malobrodskaya specializes in validating and analyzing data to help NT Lakis clients understand and mitigate their affirmative action and systemic discrimination risks, and demonstrate their compliance with the requirements enforced by the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

Currently pursuing her Ph.D in Systems Engineering, Valeriya is one of the firm’s coordinators for processing source files used in the production of statistical reports and analyses for NT Lakis clients. With experience in statistical software packages such as SAS and STATA, Valeriya works closely with the firm’s attorneys and consultants to perform and document preliminary analyses of client data files to identify potential issues requiring further research and investigation.

In addition to her law firm role, Valeriya also serves as a Data Analyst for the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC) and with the firm’s affiliated consulting group, Employment Advisory Services, Inc.
