NT Lakis attorneys submitted written comments to the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) earlier this week in support of the agency’s announced intent to revise the approval, update, and renewal processes of its functional affirmative action program (FAAP) to encourage greater participation by federal contractors.

In addition to expressing support for the improvements in the FAAP program that OFCCP is proposing, our comments recommend a number of other ways OFCCP could further improve the efficiency and accessibility of the FAAP program.
