There are a number of new state workplace laws passed around the country over the last two years that are set to go into effect on or about January 1, 2020. We therefore thought it might be helpful to provide employers with a digest of the most significant of these new state laws, which range from topics such as sexual harassment training to salary history bans to paid leave entitlements.
