CWC concluded another successful annual policy conference in Washington, D.C. last week. In addition to sessions led by NT Lakis attorneys, this year’s meeting featured presentations by a number of key government officials, including keynote presentations by Deputy Secretary of Labor Patrick Pizzella, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Chair Janet Dhillon, and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs Deputy Director Bob Gaglione. Other guest speakers included Wage & Hour Administrator Cheryl Stanton, Deputy Solicitor of Labor Timothy Taylor, DOL’s Office of Disability Employment Policy Supervisory Policy Advisor Michael Murray, OFCCP’s Branch Chief of Expert Services Dr. Bob LaJeunesse, EEOC’s Chief Data Officer Dr. Chris Haffer, and OFCCP’s Ombud Marcus Stergio.
The meeting also featured numerous opportunities for members to engage in both structured and non-structured peer-to-peer networking and benchmarking, all within a members-only practitioner-centric setting.
