NT Lakis attorneys are pleased to announce the expansion of CWC Reference, a new online tool that we created for use exclusively by members of the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC). Specifically, we have added a main topic page on annual VETS-4212 report filing requirements.  The VETS-4212 is a mandatory annual filing requirement imposed on federal contractors by the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) of 1974, as amended.

CWC Reference is a compliance tool available on the CWC website that is designed to facilitate access to all the compliance-related resources that are available from CWC on a particular topic. CWC Reference pages are organized by topic and serve as self-contained repositories for the most current information and resources we offer on that topic.

In addition to the VETS-4212 report filing requirements, CWC Reference pages now include the affirmative action program (AAP) requirements for federal supply and service contractors mandated by Executive Order 11246 (women and minorities), and a combined page for the requirements mandated by Section 4212 of VEVRAA (protected veterans) and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act (individuals with disabilities). Each of these main topic pages contains links to specific sub-topic pages with CWC resources providing more in-depth information regarding particular compliance obligations.
