We are pleased to present the latest edition of our “Interstate” memo series, a service that we launched in 2019 to help employers stay on top of important new state and local workplace compliance developments.
This edition of the Interstate series comes amidst uniquely challenging times with the coronavirus outbreak impacting employers in countless ways. Over the last four weeks, state and local governments have been actively trying to respond to the virus’s impact, including the impact on employers. This month’s Interstate memo first focuses on significant COVID-19- related state and local actions, and then highlights important non-COVID-19 actions that have occurred since our March Interstate publication.
