The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently updated two of its online compliance tools designed to assist federal contractors with their nondiscrimination and affirmative action obligations. Here, we look at the newly updated National Pre-Award Registry. We will cover the other updated tool – the VEVRAA Benchmark Database – in a separate memo to be posted next week.

Although the National Pre-Award Registry has been around for years, OFCCP has now updated the landing page along with other minor enhancements in an attempt to make the Registry more user-friendly for federal contractors, procurement officers at other federal agencies, and OFCCP staff to utilize and access the database’s information.
