The California Civil Rights Division has posted new guidance consisting of updated FAQs, reporting templates, and a User Guide to assist covered employers with their 2023 pay data reporting requirements. The updated documents focus mainly on revisions to the additional pay data reporting requirements enacted by the state legislature last year. The deadline for filing 2023 pay data reports is May 10, 2023.
