Nearly 190 company representatives attended EEAC’s 2016 Fall Compliance Conference last month in Seattle. The conference was facilitated by NT Lakis attorneys and non-attorney professionals.
The conference focused on practical, substantive content designed to assist attendees in understanding and dealing with the everchanging affirmative action and equal employment opportunity compliance requirements being issued by federal enforcement agencies. In addition, given the changing landscape of workplace compliance requirements, nearly half of the conference’s sessions were devoted to topics other than those in the traditional domains of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
As is the custom with these meetings, the conference also prominently featured various opportunities for members to engage in both structured and non-structured peer-to-peer networking and benchmarking, all within a members-only practitioner-centric setting.
