NT Lakis is pleased to present the latest edition in our “Interstate” memo series, a service that we launched in 2019 to help companies stay on top of important new state and local workplace compliance developments. In response to feedback, you’ll see that we’re no longer focusing on the latest developments on a sequential basis within a particular geographic region: Northeast, SouthCentral, and Western. Instead, to ensure that we’re providing more timely content going forward, each Interstate memo will now provide updates on the latest state and local developments from around the country, rather than by region.
