NT Lakis is pleased to present the latest edition in our “Interstate” memo series, a service that we launched in 2019 to help companies stay on top of important new state and local workplace compliance developments. Each of our Interstate memos now provides updates on the latest state and local developments from around the country, rather than by region as we did previously. Orange states on the map below are those where developments have occurred since out last update. As a reminder, we also encourage you to check our state standards online resources, which include a state standards interactive map that is updated on a regular basis.
