The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) recently issued three new decisions which deal with the application of the Board’s more flexible “Boeing standard” to employers’ workplace rules, specifically those related to social media and employer non-disparagement.
In addition, the Board’s General Counsel (GC) has released three internal “Advice Memoranda” highlighting potential labor law implications for actions taken by employers in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
