NT Lakis attorneys are pleased to announce the expansion of CWC Reference, a new online tool that we created for use exclusively by members of the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC). Specifically, we have added a main topic page regarding the affirmative action requirements for individuals with disabilities and protected veterans that are enforced by the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
CWC Reference is a compliance tool available on the CWC website that is designed to facilitate access to all the compliance-related resources that are available from CWC on a particular topic. CWC Reference pages are organized by topic and serve as self-contained repositories for the most current information and resources available on that topic.
Our initial CWC Reference topic was the female and minority affirmative action program (AAP) requirements for federal supply and service contractors mandated by Executive Order 11246 and enforced by OFCCP. We have now added a separate subject page for disability and veteran AAP requirements, with links to specific topic pages providing more in-depth information regarding particular obligations.
