NT Lakis staff is pleased to announce that we have released the second installment of our “Annotated Code of OFCCP’s Regulations” compliance tool. This second installment covers 41 CFR § 60-2, “Affirmative Action Obligations.”
Our new “Annotated Code of OFCCP’s Regulations” is a compliance tool designed to assist federal contractors in understanding the requirements enforced by the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Each installment provides the current full text of the regulation, accompanied in each case with side-by-side notes and annotations prepared by NT Lakis staff, as well as links to additional resources such as in-depth memoranda and model compliance templates. The first installment, released a few weeks ago, covers 41 CFR § 60-1, “Obligations of Contractors and Subcontractors.”
