In early 2016 the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) launched a new webpage, referred to as its “FOIA Reading Room,” where scanned copies of conciliation agreements and consent decrees that contain financial settlements are posted for public consumption.

While the FOIA Reading Room initially contained settlements dating back only to fiscal year (FY) 2015, OFCCP has since been adding older settlements periodically and the Reading Room currently contains financial settlements dating back to FY 2010, roughly corresponding to the tenure of former OFCCP Director Patricia Shiu.

Notably, however, the Reading Room does not contain all financial settlements that have occurred since FY 2010, and the agency thus far has not shared the criteria it uses in deciding what — or what not — to post.

OFCCP’s FOIA Reading Room is accessible here.
