The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has released its second “Town Hall Action Plan” based on input received by the agency in a series of stakeholder meetings hosted by OFCCP in 2019. Those meetings were designed to solicit candid feedback on how the agency could improve its compliance assistance efforts and enhance federal contractors’ understanding of their equal employment opportunity and affirmative action obligations.

The seven town hall meetings held in 2019 were patterned after similar meetings held in 2017 and 2018 with the aim of publishing a Town Hall action plan. As a follow-up to the 2019 meetings, OFCCP has now released its second Town Hall Action Plan, a copy of which is attached for your information.
