OFCCP National Office Has Undergone Personnel Shuffle During Craig Leen’s First Few Months as Director

Since Craig Leen’s appointment at the beginning of this year as the permanent Director of the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the agency – perhaps not surprisingly – has seen significant turnover among its senior officials.

We therefore thought it timely to prepare a summary of those officials who are now in charge of running the agency. Please keep in mind that many of these recently named senior officials are serving in an acting basis, and further personnel changes are very possible in the coming months.
