OFCCP has launched a new page on its website that contains scanned copies of virtually all Conciliation Agreements (CAs), dating from the beginning of 2015 to the present, that contain financial settlement terms.
OFCCP’s new “FOIA Reading Room,” which appears to have been posted without any fanfare late last fall around the same time the agency launched its much publicized “Class Member Locator” webpage, contains for public consumption information on many settlements that up until now were generally available only by way of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Unlike OFCCP’s Class Member Locator, the FOIA Reading Room appears to contain, with rare exceptions, every financial settlement entered into since the beginning of OFCCP’s 2015 fiscal year (October 1, 2014) up until the present. Although certain information has been redacted from the published documents, such as the names of affected individuals, signatures, and actual headcounts and percentages in discussions of personnel activity, little else is hidden from public view.
