The Labor Department’s (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has redesigned its official website to highlight the agency’s compliance assistance tools and resources and make them more accessible to the public and the federal contractor community. The redesign is consistent with the goal of current OFCCP Director Craig Leen to assist contractors in meeting their compliance obligations.
In addition, since we last reported on key personnel changes within the agency’s national and regional offices, there have been some additional resource and personnel changes in the national office organizational structure that we wanted to bring to your attention.
