Overview

Lark Toney assists employers on their workplace legal and compliance requirements and supports our attorneys under a host of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, with a particular emphasis on the nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and reporting requirements enforced by the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

Lark provides a broad array of workplace legal and compliance-related services to NT Lakis clients, including:

  • Assisting with OFCCP compliance evaluations and complaint investigations

  • Reviewing OFCCP audit readiness assessments

  • Aiding in the development of compliant affirmative action programs

  • Reviewing and summarizing self-critical analyses of compensation data

  • Conducting research on case law, statutes, and regulations

In addition to her law firm role, Lark also serves as Law Clerk to the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC), where she assists CWC members on implementing practical methods for ensuring compliance with federal and state nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements. Lark is also a Consultant with the firm’s affiliated consulting group, Employment Advisory Services, Inc.
