Affirmative Action and OFCCP Compliance

Employers holding federal contracts or subcontracts must comply with a complex array of nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements enforced by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). These requirements include developing and implementing written affirmative action programs (AAP) for veterans and individuals with disabilities, collecting and analyzing sensitive workforce demographic data, and engaging in good-faith efforts when potential barriers to equal employment opportunity have been identified.
