The Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC) submitted a comment letter to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) supporting the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) request to continue using a slightly revised EEO-1 Component 1 Report for another three years. However, CWC continues to disagree with the agency’s unrealistic burden estimates regarding the time and effort necessary for employers to complete the report.
