NT Lakis attorneys and non-attorney professionals will once again facilitate the Equal Employment Advisory Council’s (EEAC) annual Talent Acquisition Compliance (TAC) Summit, a conference that focuses on the unique role that talent acquisition professionals play in managing and mitigating enterprise risk. This year’s TAC Summit will be held at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas, Texas on June 9-10.
The TAC Summit provides an opportunity for talent acquisition professionals, compliance practitioners, and in-house employment counsel to network and learn about the unique legal and regulatory requirements that apply to the recruitment and selection process – a major focus area for both private plaintiffs and federal workplace regulators.
This year’s TAC Summit will feature sessions on topics including applicant tracking systems, veteran and disability outreach, job listing requirements, and more. The event will be submitted for both HRCI and SHRM recertification credit.
