The Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced recently that it intends to overhaul the online “compliance assistance” materials the agency provides for federal contractors. In conjunction with this initiative, OFCCP also has announced three agency-sponsored town hall meetings scheduled for next month to solicit feedback from contractors regarding their experiences in implementing and managing their affirmative action programs, and how the agency can better assist them in those efforts.
The upcoming town hall meetings will take place in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, CA, and Chicago, IL. More information about the upcoming town halls is available on OFCCP’s website.
