We are proud to present our new OFCCP Section 503 Focused Review Desk Audit Submission Checklist. Our new checklist follows the recent publication of an OFCCP Desk Audit Submission Checklist that provides a step-by-step playbook for tracking and managing all aspects of an OFCCP desk audit submission related to a standard compliance review.
In addition to its standard compliance reviews, in 2018 OFCCP announced that it would begin conducting “focused” compliance reviews under which the agency concentrates primarily on one of the three equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action (AA) laws OFCCP enforces. Under a Section 503 focused review, OFCCP restricts the audit to specific areas within a contractor’s organization, or to specific employment practices, typically regarding individuals with disabilities and Section 503 compliance. The Section 503 focused review scheduling letter is essentially an abridged version of OFCCP’s standard desk audit Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing.
