The recent selection by Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Director Jenny Yang of Aida Collins as the new permanent OFCCP Regional Director for the agency’s Southeast Region presents the opportunity for us to bring you up to speed on other key personnel changes that have occurred at OFCCP during the first six months of President Biden’s Administration. Worth noting, Ms. Collins’ appointment means that OFCCP’s six regional offices are now filled by permanent directors – all women – for the first time in several years.
