As we’ve been reporting, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) has begun the process of developing a new “Strategic Plan” and “Strategic Enforcement Plan” (SEP) that will establish agency priorities going forward for the next several years. As part of that process, the EEOC just concluded a series of three so-called listening sessions to invite stakeholder input, the last of which was held live on September 22, 2022, in Washington, DC.
