As we reported earlier this year, the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives loaded up its version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) with numerous pro-union provisions that would have impacted workplace compliance obligations in significant ways. The NDAA is the annual measure that authorizes national defense spending, and is one of the few “must-pass” bills considered by Congress each year.
