The Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC) has updated its California Pay Data Reporting Guide to assist members who are required to file for the upcoming 2023 reporting cycle. The guide reflects 2022 amendments to the reporting requirements and contains a CWC-prepared sample communication template that members can use to contact their vendors for purposes of complying with the new labor contractor reporting requirements. For the 2023 reporting cycle, which comprises pay information from calendar year 2022, reports are due on May 10, 2023.
