Earlier this month, more than 140 employer representatives gathered in Dallas, Texas, for the Equal Employment Advisory Council’s (EEAC) third annual Talent Acquisition Compliance Summit (TACS).  The conference was facilitated by NT Lakis attorneys and non-attorney professionals.  The significant growth in attendance each year since we launched the summit in 2015 reflects the value that attendees are deriving from the practical hands-on sessions offered.

The 2017 summit brought together human resources, compliance, legal, and recruiting professionals to discuss the ongoing legal and regulatory challenges and obligations facing the talent acquisition function.  Staff experts facilitated discussions and provided technically sound guidance designed to help attendees manage and mitigate workplace risks associated with talent acquisition.

The one-and-a-half day summit featured plenary sessions as well as two sets of track sessions, one on policy and practice and the other on systems and technology.
