The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has launched a new data mining tool to allow interested parties, including members of the public, to analyze aggregate EEO-1 data that the agency has made publicly available for many years. The new tool, named “EEOC Explore,” contains several dashboards, each with an interactive map that allows users to analyze and filter aggregate EEO-1 data in several ways, as described in more detail below.
