The process of converting temporary workers to regular employees can, and often does, present unique challenges for federal contractors subject to Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program’s (OFCCP) affirmative action obligations.

Given these challenges, we prepared a guide to the common OFCCP compliance issues that attend temp-to-perm conversions, along with some best practices for addressing them.
