NT Lakis attorneys and non-attorney professionals have compiled a memorandum that reviews the formal administrative enforcement process used by the Labor Department’s (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). This memorandum explains what happens when OFCCP is unable to reach a settlement with a federal contractor and decides to take the company to court.

The memorandum is part of our Back to Basics series, which covers topics related to the EEO/affirmative action compliance process. These memos are designed to educate practitioners who are still learning the fundamentals of compliance and serve as a refresher for more experienced practitioners.
