Maya Raghu Appointed New Deputy Director for Policy at OFCCP

Jenny Yang, Director of the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), has named civil rights advocate Maya Raghu as the new Deputy Director for Policy at OFCCP, effective July 19, 2021. Ms. Raghu will report directly to Director Yang.

As OFCCP’s Deputy Director for Policy, Ms. Raghu is expected to work closely with Director Yang in helping to shape and carry out the Director’s key policy proposals into potential regulatory and enforcement initiatives, while also advocating for these priorities before Congress, external public interest groups, the federal contractor community, and other stakeholders.
