Since President Biden’s appointees assumed the majority on the National Labor Relations Board, the Board has been reversing labor policies established by a management-friendly Republican-majority Board during the Trump Administration.

Since the last update from the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC), our affiliated nonprofit membership association, the Board has taken several significant actions, including changing union representation election procedures and employee severance agreements. It also entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) that calls for sharing information, cross-training staff at both agencies, and coordinating outreach efforts.
