NT Lakis lawyers have submitted written comments to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in support of the agency’s proposed rule to codify the test for determining whether a business is a joint employer of another employer’s employees for purposes of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
The Board’s proposed rule would in effect reinstate the standard applied by the NLRB for decades before it was replaced with a controversial new and broader standard established by the Obama-era Board in a 2015 ruling.
