The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently published a notice in the Federal Register announcing that it is seeking approval from the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB), as required under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), to renew its Scheduling Letter and accompanying Itemized Listing, albeit with “minor” changes. OMB authorization for the current scheduling letter will expire on March 31, 2016.
Periodic requests such as this one for OMB approval to extend an information collection are considered to be routine. Plus, the changes that OFCCP is proposing to the scheduling letter appear to be minor.
OFCCP is soliciting public comments on the proposed changes. Comments can be submitted here.
