We are pleased to present the second in our new OFCCP Compliance Primer series, which is designed to help new compliance professionals understand the affirmative action program (AAP) requirements applicable to companies doing business with the federal government that are enforced by the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
In our inaugural memo in the new series, we focused on the organizational profile (most typically prepared in the form of a “Workforce Analysis”), a required report that reflects the organizational structure of an AAP location.
This second memo focuses on the “Job Group Analysis,” another required document which serves as the basis for other OFCCP-required reports and analyses regarding a contractor’s affirmative action obligations with respect to women and minorities.
