In an ongoing effort to provide federal contractor companies with practical resources to assist in complying with the requirements enforced by the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), we are pleased to present a new OFCCP Desk Audit Submission Checklist.
This new resource provides a step-by-step playbook for tracking and managing all aspects of an OFCCP desk audit submission related to a compliance review. The checklist should be helpful not only to those responsible for putting together the desk audit submission, but also to other compliance, talent acquisition, compensation, and data management personnel involved in assembling the required data who might not be familiar with all of the “ins and outs” of the OFCCP desk audit submission process.
