In recognition of the fact that employment policy developments over the next few months will continue to be focused primarily on changes occurring as a result of the transition from the Trump to Biden Administrations, we have been doing and will keep doing our best to keep members apprised of those developments having the most impact.
At the same time, however, the federal courts have continued to issue rulings in employment-related cases that perhaps while not headline grabbing, nevertheless can have an impact on workplace compliance, in some cases significantly.
We have been closely tracking these case law developments, and last month we prepared the first in what we expect will be an ongoing series of periodic memos – our “Roundup of Recent Notable Employment Law Rulings, Volume 1”
