The Department of Education (DOE) has updated its Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) to reflect detailed demographic data by award level for each of the 38 broad degree families in which postsecondary degrees were conferred by U.S. colleges and universities during the 2014-2015 academic year.  The updated data include detailed race/ethnicity, gender, and citizenship data for nearly 3.9 million higher-education degree recipients by field of study, award level, and specific educational institution.

NT Lakis professionals have prepared several statistical tables derived from the updated new data that may be helpful to employers in providing compliance and diversity benchmarks relevant to campus recruiting efforts.  These tables allow analysis of the IPEDS data in great detail, including national, state, and even institution-specific data for more than 360 detailed fields of study.
