We are pleased to present an updated version of our comprehensive FMLA Compliance Outline designed to assist employers with answering basic questions about common compliance issues arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
This latest version updates our 2013 outline and reflects regulatory changes made since that time, such as updating the definition of covered “spouse” to reflect developments in the law. The outline is organized into four primary sections:
