NT Lakis is pleased to present an updated version of our popular OFCCP Compliance Evaluation Checklist.  The Checklist, originally produced in 2003 and updated in 2009, provides a user-friendly template for tracking and managing compliance evaluations conducted by the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).  The updated Checklist incorporates the new compliance requirements introduced by OFCCP’s revised disability and veteran regulations, and reflects current agency enforcement practices.

Although the volume of OFCCP audits appears to be declining, the audits that are being conducted are more intense than at any other time in recent memory, with OFCCP compliance officers (COs) demanding unprecedented volumes of documents, reports, data, and information, particularly in the area of employee compensation.

In addition, the “transitional” year in which OFCCP promised to give contractors some leeway in complying with the new Section 503 disability and Section 4212 veteran requirements has now expired.  Our updated Checklist reflects these developments.
