CWC’s Updated “Form I-9” Process Outline

The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has issued a new Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) and implemented a remote I-9 verification option for employers in the E-Verify program. In conjunction with these recent innovations, the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC), our affiliated nonprofit membership association, has updated its Outline of the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Process.
