The Trump Administration has published its fourth semi-annual regulatory agenda covering regulatory actions that federal agencies, including the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), plan to take during the next 12 months, along with a projected timeline as to when the action is expected to be taken.

NT Lakis lawyers have prepared a guide to selected items of interest to employers contained in the regulatory agendas of the Department of Labor (DOL), the EEOC, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the immigration enforcement components of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), as well a few regulatory actions involving the Federal Acquisition Regulatory (FAR) Council.

In addition, we have prepared a chart that lists the regulatory items discussed in this guide. The complete government-wide semi-annual regulatory agendas are available online.
