NT Lakis lawyers filed written comments this week with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in response to a request for public input on a Notice published by the agency stating that it intends to seek approval under the federal Paperwork Reduction Act process to continue to use Component 1 of the EEO-1 Report for an additional three years, but – and significantly – not seek renewal of Component 2 data reporting at this time.

Our comments strongly support the EEOC’s decision to seek renewal of authority to require Component 1 reporting while not seeking renewal for Component 2 at this time.
