Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Director Craig Leen provided a detailed update on current and new agency initiatives, including the latest on how OFCCP plans to enforce and identify prohibited workplace training programs under recently issued Presidential Executive Order (E.O.) 13950.

Besides the latest on E.O. 13950 enforcement, Director Leen also highlighted a forthcoming new “focused review” that OFCCP plans to implement to scrutinize contractors’ affirmative action and diversity and inclusion efforts. Director Leen also spoke about the agency’s recently initiated Promotion and Accommodation Focused Reviews that are in the process of being scheduled, a program in the works that would allow “good actors” a routine audit moratorium in exchange for filing an annual report, and whether the agency plans to adjust how it conducts compensation reviews in light of the recent decision by a Labor Department administrative law judge (ALJ) in the Oracle case.
