NT Lakis, on behalf of the Center for Workplace Compliance, has submitted written comments to the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) in response to the agency’s Request for Information (RFI) seeking “comments, information, and materials” from contractors and subcontractors and their employees, along with other interested stakeholders, concerning workplace trainings involving prohibited race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating.
OFCCP published the RFI on October 22 pursuant to President Trump’s Executive Order (E.O.) 13950, Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping, which prohibits covered federal contractors from using “any workplace training that inculcates in its employees any form of race or sex stereotyping or any form of race or sex scapegoating.”
